Return Policy
In regards to the nature of our products, All Care Products cannot be returned once received and opened.
Returns are only valid when the reason of return is any of the below:
- Receiving Wrong Item.
- Defective Item.
- Used Item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process :
1. Request a return through our customer service.
2. Returned order will be picked up by our courier service.
3. Items will be validated for the return eligibility.
4. If Eligible, your money will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
